No Exchange / No Return Policy

Every piece from Ria Art Jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch. We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. As all our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not accept exchanges or returns once an order is confirmed.

Exception: If you receive a piece that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order with a clear photo. We will resolve it promptly.

We recommend reviewing all product images carefully and confirming your size, colour, and finish preferences before placing an inquiry.

Ria Art Jewellery offers a Lifetime Guarantee on all beads used in our jewellery. Our beads are sourced for durability and will not fade, crack, or discolour under normal wearing conditions.

This guarantee covers:

• Fading or discolouration of beads
• Cracking or chipping of beads
• Loss of bead surface finish under normal use

This is our commitment to lasting quality. If any bead covered by this guarantee is defective under normal use, contact us on WhatsApp and we will make it right.

How Ordering Works

Since we currently operate via WhatsApp inquiries (no online payment gateway at this stage), here is how the process works:

1. Add pieces to your Inquiry Vault or click "Enquire on WhatsApp" on any product page
2. Our team will confirm availability and share payment details
3. Confirm your order by completing payment
4. Your jewellery is prepared and dispatched
5. You receive your pieces, beautifully packed

For bridal orders, we recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your event.
